When creating your Rules of Engagement, remember: the point isn’t to police each other—it’s to protect the conversation.

Forgot to give a heads-up? You owe a foot rub.
Interrupted mid-sentence? You’re on dish-duty.
Raised your voice? Restart in a whisper - or owe a 20-second hug before continuing.
